busy

work has been really hectic for the past few days >.< esp so with the annual asset verification and so...
plus, going on leave next month.. can't wait for hk!!!

drove over the weekend like a finally.
I think the last time i drove was ermm... when Isham was still a recruit. LOL
i wanted to surprise him and pick him up at pasir ris
end up i was on tpe jam and went there and back without him...
LOL super nervous to be driving again but i guess i did alright...
haha!! i just need the gps...

Mid autumn~

Mid Autumn in recent years have been all about buying and eating mooncake
+++ calories....
wth right!!
so had to make sure i ran a 5km before indulging in my GWP mao shan wang snowskin mooncake.
yumzzzzz!!!

tomorrow is asset verification and gym after work.
gotta work x2 hard before heading to HK, confirm gain weight there.
HAHA... suspect time will pass super fast from now will next year.
every month is packed with events...  work, weddings, holidays, birthdays, anniversary
christmas, wah really no time!!!
hope next year can come faster... >.<

Facial last Sat @ town, i remember it was a crazily fatigue weekend
i could snug on the bed for a long sleep but had to wake up at 10am for facial
even then i continued to snooze and woke up pretty late
and because I was so late, i didn't have time to make up before heading to town.
Facial is just behind Paragon, but I always walk from Somerset and turn in at the junction to Heeren
Because its not a short walk not long either...
Always perspiring when I reach there, greeted by friendly staff
Served with a cup of hot tea, some rest time before heading up for Facial.
Iris, the one who did my facial for me, will usually start by removing impurities/makeup using Hy-Oil
step cleansing all the way to the neck, then she will use a normal cleansuer, can't rmbthe name...then she will put some enzyme thingy on the face while the steamer is on to open up your pores. After it is open, exraction time!!! shes such a pro I don't feel as painful as all the other facials I have been to. lol, my face was only slightly red after the treatment...

After extraction she used some kill bacteria machine which hassome tingling stinging effect, which was totally bearable. then she put on the serum that i bought.... half of it, the other half for after treatment. mask was the shiokest cus it was cooling, relaxing, and also at this time she will help to massage shoulders... can totally sleep at this point!!! I think I dozed off?? I can't rmb the last few steps she went through...i was probavly half awake, lol

I will take notice next time!

This was breakfast for the other day... instant Prata plus egg plus sausages and roasted tomatos
parsley and black pepper just cannot go wrong!!

Gymming time!!!!!!! HAPPY ORD TO DEAREST!!!! haha extend one more year
oh well, hope the nextyear will be kind and awesome >.<

routine

Finished work at 7+, came home for a run now back on the comp to finish some work :) hope I can start my studying routine soon for upcoming exams in Dec
