stressed

3 months to exams, feeling stress way way way too early.
shall take it positively. determined to complete for good!
not easy esp taking a paper with the LOWEST passing rate at 30%
but i need challenge. i need to succeed!

    if u have any stress feeling in any exams or @ interview. take slow breathing with nose, in-hell berthing from left side ex-hell breathing in right side and again take breathing in-hell from right side and ex-hell in left side. these two steps is one round. like at least 5 rounds you do @ stress time when u required. then remove the stress automatically. do not forget this yoga sadana technique.
