okay, after today's training.
i can more or less guess the starting line up for the game.
good thing i manage to keep my position.
i wonder whats next lah huh?
be prepared to lose my position anytime, anywhere. haha! crap. but serious..

sad lah. season is coming to an end reeeaaaal soon.

ahh shit, i better blog bout today's training,
so i can refer to my blog when i write my netball journal.
so we did 10 times up down..
stretching, ball handling, shuttle.
and then practice the new concept thing for GM's game.
where C pass the ball to whoever the WA is guarding.
and then our own GA and WA will provide as a 2nd option.
but cant drive too near the goal circle, keeper might come out.
so.. after that pass. C opens up! ( I MUST RMB)
den if cant pass to melissa, will have to work the ball again.

for DEFENCE!
C and WD marks the WA, forces GA to take the center pass.
den C will block off the 2nd option by taking back the C.
pull back all the way for box defence.
shifting and shifting.. look out for shooters that come out to the edge of the circle.
THIS KIND MUST TAKE! haha.
den.. usual box. the inside defenders i'm not so sure! haha.
i only know challange the front balls.
den.. play front back when they turn and take the ball isit?
haha. not sure. anyhow..
