giving the volunteers a proper briefing before they start duty.

situation 1: the Singapore sports council ppl i suppose gave out some flag that says
'we are the champions' with the 'LETS PLAY" logo.
they say no banners/ flags allowed.
situation 2: they gave out horns to the fans

i mean if you have a standard procedure to follow, can you like make sure it's consistent.
wtf one side say one thing.
in the end we still bring it inside like many others...
