updates updates!

18/11/06, Saturday

stucked in the bus for about 9hrs.

we stopped for a breakfast.

which i didnt eat, and got a drink instead.

no green tea, so i thought ice lemon tea would do.

and this ice lemon tea taste really awful, i dont know why.

its cold, but it just doesnt taste good.

so after breakfast, we continued the journey.

good thing they stop quite regularly for toilet breaks.

people like me who have bladder problems, takboleh tahan. haha

we played "Toto" n the bus.

but its actually Bingo!

and no luck. haha. so didnt win.

and it was time for lunch!

the food there, not that bad.

but theres this waiter from myanmar looks ok.

aiyo, why isit always the waiters!

that time when we went thailand, Norazm look-alike!

haha, its been a year!

and then we continued our journey.....

up to about 6.

we finally reached the ferry terminal!

so the next ferry comes at 6.15.

alot of houseflies! and the ferry is like kinda run-down i.

another 1/2 hr ride.

took a 'cab' to the resort.

can hold up to 10 ppl i think.

no aircon!

ride takes abot 15mins.

and the resort we're staying looks pretty rundown on the outside.

but pretty ok on the inside.

as it was getting late, so we put dwn our luggages at the lobby,

and headed off to the nearby coffeshop u call it. haha

and look what i've found! NETBALL POLES! haha.

and there was this cat. a black one.

but but! i've found someone whos more afraid of cats than me!

haha, right Luohan(ok lah, yong jie, shall be nice) ?

the aunties have got lots of jokes to tell.

a joker, and a laughing machine.

so my grp of ppl is pretty noisy! lols

so it started raining.. having some troubles to go back to the resort.

took newspaper and chiong ah! haha.

its called Coral Bay resort.

got the key(room 181) to the room and went up.

but...... it takes ALOT of trouble from the lobby to my room.

the room looks better than pasir ris though. haha

bathed, and chiong down to occupy the computer.

3Rm per hour. but.. i overused. and they didnt care. haha

but i almost got lost while trying to figure my way down. haha

but i managed to.. the adults went for their private Casino.

im not that interested lah! haha

the boys were playing,

but ended up in a draw, hw disapointing! aww.

wanted to do homework, but.. brought the wrong book.

i think its emaths tys. so i couldnt get bothered. haha

slept.

19/11/06, Sunday

morning call at 7.

my grandma woke me up very early.

but i couldnt be bothered so i slept back.

wash up.. etc..

and i think they call 1 by 1 to the rooms.

as in there are people speaking over the phone.

had buffet breakfast..

blah blah.. the fried mee taste good. haha

went to take the boat to tour around!

like mucus. haha

i dont know whats this. haha

coral? lols. dont know!

some island which i forgot what

theres this called the "Happiness Island"

a day there cost about 1700RM.

excluding meals.

but its really nice.

plus you're staying above water

haha. recommendation for couples!

fed the fishes.

reminds me of sentosa. haha

we stopped here and there were lots of monkeys here

here they are. coming out to snatch some food with us!

anw, they got hang of the tour leader's shoes. haha

and they were trying to get it back.

but i think the monkeys did throw it down.

i took this once! the banana boat!

haha, so fun. they go one round,

and the second round, they make u fall!

so i was all wet! haha.

went back, had coconut! haha, nice nice.

and i've found out that the indians there speak chinese.

haha.went back, washed up had lunch at a nearby coffeshop AGAIN.

and went for another round of tour.

went to this mini great wall of china.

oh okay, or u name it the mini great wall of Pulau Pangkor.

theres a temple here too..

and theres this really weird thing.

theres hair growing on the Chinese Drums(those like for lion dance).

and its like human hair! it black. haha weird!

and another temple. its weird to have cartoons as statues outside the TEMPLE? lols.

plus its Donald Duck lah.

dinner at another nearby coffeshop,

but they call it restoran. haha

our last night. and they would say,

"Thanks for the mess".

i was too lazy to go down and occupy the com again.

so i stayed up and watched some show.

and slept!

20/11/06, Monday

morning call at 6.30.

early, as we're heading to KL.

had breakfast. gathered all the big and small luggages and we're off!

took cab, ferry and bus..

had lunch at a local restaurant.

and started raining.

after long hours of travelling, we finally see the twin tower!

went to the chocolate place.

its a dragon made of choco!

nice right!

haha, and guess what?!

i've spent 207.++ RM on chocos.

did some 2hr shopping.

and bought tops.

at times square.pretty big. but the price there.. its bout the same as sg.

so we headed for dinner.

its our own dinner, so we get to choose what we wanna eat.

in the end, we ate quite simple stuffs though.

couldnt eat much cus of starbucks. hehe

and this is what u dont see in sg.

plus. mooncake festival is over!

the simple lightings.

after that was a total traffic jam, before we could go back to the hotel.

good thing they have ESPN.

but no live matches on that day. they have too.. discovery channel!

haha better than all those malaysian channel which i dont understand.

plus i watched Virtues Of Harmony 2!

in singapore, they only showed the 1st series!

had a hot bathe, watched tv.

as usual, the adults went for their private Casino.

my room no was.. ermm. 1906!

ate mango that they bought! nice and sweet! haha.

so was sleeping, and my grandma said she saw smth dirty.

which i dont know whether its true, cus i havent seen any of these before.

According to what she said, she saw a girl sitting at the edge of my bed.

thought it was me, and scolded me.

which is very unlikely, cus i wasnt up the whole night.

not at all. hmm. oh well.

she told this to our grp mates, and some of them got freaked out somehow.

haha.

21/11/06, Tuesday

last day, morning call at 7.30

prepared and headed off for breakfast!

the breakfast here has a wider variety of choices.

haha. but taste good as well.

the hotel!

so we headed off to this place called Putrajaya!

the sky is beautiful(:

the "government place".

but first, we went to the mosque.

we had to climb this flight of stairs, before we could reach

and it looks pretty unique compared to the mosque we have in singapore.

cus its mostly green.

while walking, i saw this cool cars.

the office-place.

the mosque.

and we had to wear this thing, smth like raincoat.
to go in.

nice scenery.haha

the inside. cant get in though.

we took a boat ride.

cute right? the cloud!

haha, lots of honey. and taste soooo good.

and they have displays on the diff types of bees.

and the diff stages. so cool! haha

our last stop at Yong Peng!

dun think i'm going there this year.

oh yes, i just recalled.

ate Ostrich meat.

first time trying. but taste not that bad actually.

haha. no sign of puking.

but my health.. hasnt been that good throughout the trip though.

i've recovered from my fever, and now, i'm down with flu!

chat with Luohan! hes a lamer who loves Jolin(Tsai Yi Lin).

and he does funny dances, sing Mari Kita out of no reasons.

and super scared of cats and dogs. haha.

takes abt an hr from the restaurant to Johor.

i did manage to smuggle some chewing gums back.

they officers checked the plastic bags.

and not my bag! wah, good thang! haha.

and yongjie was trying to figure out how to spell my name.

which i refused to tell.

haha, looks like i can get along pretty well with KIDS! lols

so helped my grandma carry back the stuffs.

and cabbed back!

so when i reach home, my mum said i become fatter.

haha, what do u expect?

3 meals a day with FISH, MEAT and only 1 veggie each time.

lols, i'm starting to miss my mum's cooking! (:

alright.

i've got lots of chocos ok!

and i think they taste really good. haha

In Overall

i think this trip was enjoyable.

a good time to interact with people you might not know.

a time to care for those who are physically disabled, mentally disabled, and the elderly.

it wasnt just a holiday.

but a learning jouney i felt.

not much ppl of the same age as me though.

1 word to describe.
