round 1 of games were quite well done i suppose,

except for the last game with outram.

we wanted to win too much.

we were desperate to go into the second round you see.

who win,who will be in.

of cus we wanted to win!

in the end, we did. but theres nothing much we can be proud of.

they did give us a hard time at some point of time.

we caught up, towards the end of the game.

so we went home, toppinng our group

base on goal difference with GMSS.

cus we were consistant in every match.

we sucessfully proceed to the second round with no worries!

round 2 looks kinda scary to me in the beginning.

meeting schs such as St Nicholas Girls,Damai and St Theresa.

like what my coach says, we've made it to the second round.

although winning a trophy isnt our objective here.

but who don't wanna win!

we're here to gain more explosure,

and also. see our standard among the schools.

our first game was against our own 'extreme school'
i played WA for the first half. but didnt performed well.

so was taken off in the second.

we fought hard and we won our first game.

next was against St Theresa.

i've never played with them before,

neither have i seen them played before.

during the game, a few of their 'supporters'

commented that tanglin netballers don't use their brains

sad to say, i think its senseless to make that comment.

next, Damai!

after my idol has left! haha (baizura!)

probably this is the first time in history,

tanglin has ever beaten damai?

i always remember the times we got trashed by them.

although we won, theres not much of sense of achievements.

afterall they are part of the extreme schools

next SNG, their Cdiv team.

and me and siewhong tried intercepting the same ball.

and we clashed, but didnt fall.

and i tripped over the opponent and i fell!

haha, but the game still continued!

next, Westwood.

quite tough of a game, cus their players are kinda rough.

but cant be blamed, cus they are basketballers.

hmm. but i guess, we did well too (:

so we topped the round 2 table again.

with 10 points!(: and had lunch at KFC.

before we headed back for the knock out stages

we played our first knockout game with GMSS.

the school we drew with, in the first round.

however this time, we manage to win them.

we know we have to win the next one, so that it will be easier for us to go into the finals.

but we didnt in the end, so it pulled us down into the losers pool.

we lost to St Anthony's Canossian.

we had to fight damn hard to push ourselves to the top 4.

so we played again North Vista(power)

and we won. afterwhich, we palyed against the same school.

but a different team, this time it was obvious that they are stronger.

and that they wanted revenge for the other team.

yes, i heard chun di coach saying that.

so we fought EVEN harder.

we met SAC for the semi finals again.

and this time, we came CLOSE. yes it was just a goal away from the 1st & 2nd placing.

but we lost with pride. its not that we didnt try.

we did, and i guess our fighting spirit can be seen! (:

for our 3rd/4th placing, we met NV blast again.

with no worries, we beat them and emerged 3rd.
