Amazing and tiring week

I try so hard to force myself out of my comfy bed,

to accompany the singing birds and the scorching sun every morning.

How sad life is!

I've been attending lectures everyday. Isn't that awesome!

Ok, so Monday had IS den went back home for a 3hrs nap! how enjoyable.

Tuesday had Futsal training.

those girls were funny, they collected money right before my eyes.

At first, i thought they were collecting it cus some bought things from cheers,

then i realised those who didn't buy paid too.

So it's weird, then people started going missing.

Wed was my actual birthday,

I just can't believe I'm 18 alr.

I feel old and i swear I'm gonna register for my car license within 10days from NOW!

This year's birthday doesn't feel like the rest...

the netball court, which is too much to describe. i had my worst and best experience there.

SO many things recently.

Shanghai bbq was great though, had B talk with meita,shuxian,pauline and yunru.

den the guys came over to gossip till 4+ den i cannot tahan.
next day had mac for breakfast.
didn't sleep till night.

today had events management lesson at WCP.
quite fun la, not bad.
come home, sleep until 4+ den had to go out to bring the ball to the guys.

THIS HOLIDAY was the most fulfilling ever!! so far!

How Shi Lin survived in Shanghai, China for 10days

Shall do this post a little more special than usual.
Mention only the 1st and the last day!
will do the in between some other days cus some are really too long to describe! =)

Went to Changi Airport early morning, too early in fact with a heavy heart
or rather, a mixed feeling. I'm curious and excited what it is gonna be like in a new place,
but part of my thoughts still remained here in Singapore.
Soon it was time to leave and very soon we were in the plane.
As far as I know, Babe must be feeling down, but we've got to learn anw.
I will soon experience what he've gone through SOON.
just a matter of time.
Reached Shanghai about 6.45pm I think.
Which looks like 8pm.
another 2hrs ride in a coach to Suzhou.

Dinner was AWESOME! 4/9 were veggies!
But it wasn't too bad because we haven't seen the worst.
We played a game and guessed the Waitress's age.
loser have to finish the food(supposingly).

I think many people would share the same thought as I do,
the hotel in Suzhou is like chalet! haha
No wardrobe only one metal bar to hang
toilet like translucent.
but ok, shan't complain at least they have an iron.
only one. lol
1st day was basically nothing. checked in hotel, bathe and slept!

This is the second time i'm travelling with my friends
(the first time was bangkok 2005 still ROCKS TO THE MAX)
I hate squeezing shopping bags into my luggage.
I hate spending a few hours just to make it neat and tidy.
I'm afraid now.
cus' sometimes i realised i'm over dependent on my mum/isham,
even though i ought to be independent most of the time...
I wake up every morning on my own.
But that's not an excuse for me to be late all the time.
I cannot depend on my teammate's effort and claim the credit as mine.
Because we are a team.
Sometimes things are really weird.
I can meet 'Isham out there
but he'll always come to pick me up.
CHANGE IS THE ONLY CONSTANT!

I need to pick up ironing of formal clothes(long sleeves) as well as sewing.

Went back to school today early morning for Pre trip workshop.
OK, first I was late for an hour, how I was late doesn't really matter now.
second, I went to the wrong block! went to 56 instead of 72.
Third, I went up to the 5th floor, see no one, called enci, didn't pick up,
called yunru, they were at water feature. Went down.
Aft i reach water feature, was asked to go up and put my bag. ARGH. ok.
went down again, den less than 10mins, the whole activity ended. SHITHEAD seriously.

ok, the whole trip in the first place sucks, cus the departure date alr sucks.
NOW THE FLIGHT TIMING SUCKS TOO! HOW AH!
I am leaving in the afternoon and reaching Shanghai, take bus to Suzhou den night alr.
so no activities for the first day. maybe shopping ^^
I am taking a midnight flight back and arriving SG at 545. BEST!

I am sharing my room with ah ru jie jie! HAHA no lah, yunru la!

As the rain pours just when it strikes 12,
it was a clear sign to allow myself to take a proper rest.
But no, that's not gonna happen because I'll screw my TAX!

2 of my most horrendous,absurd, lousiest,craziest, hated exams are finally over!
not that I'm damn good in the remaining hope, but i do see some hope(I HOPE!).
anyway, today, or rather yesterday was the first day of the fasting month.
It wasn't as bad as last year I think...
But it felt weird in the bus because he was beside me
yet we couldn't have any physical contact.
So in short, a big Shi Lin has to squeeze in a small space,
because 'Isham is selfish. hahahahaha! just kidding.

I took a power nap during my study session just now.
It felt like as if it was half an hour long but in actual fact i think it was only 15minutes?
den i had a weird dream, I dreamt that I was sleeping during exam!
time is running short! den the next moment, I was up from my nap and realised,
no, it's not an exam.
but after that i felt damn refreshed shiooooooook.

Tax is tough IFA is cui.

anw, can't wait for holidays because i have a whole list of things i really want to achieve.
won't reveal it just yet...
partly cus 'Isham is fasting and it's time to spend lots of time on what I've always wanted to.

we fought till the end. and i think we could have won, if not for me.

but we played till sudden death against wenqi's team(imba), the usuals

which is a very good achievement for us.

we don't have the tallest people(look at us)
neither do we have pro basketballers.

but we've got a strong team of never die fighters. woohoo~

anw, this tournament makes me realised that my stamina sucks

This week had been a really busy week for me.
Run errands, project, tutorials and all.
In fact i skipped 2 tutorial classes this week. guilty to the max =(

anw, did i mention i splurge on shopping like ever again.
it was 100 zhun zhun this time.
but to think again, i saved more than $100.
that's because everything was on sales.
and everything i bought were either half the price or MORE!!
esp the french connection shirt. High to the max!

was feeling damn sick ytd, sore throat pain to the max.
went to buy liang cha and today i felt ok.

Mcdonalds breakfast for lunch!

I had mcdonalds breakfast for lunch!!
Work yesterday was 10x the people than usual.
it sucks because i thought i could happily eat my breakfast!
But no luck!

did i mention that i was at LT68E for Tax lecture
and i began to feel very itchy on my left arm, 3 bites.
i left it there, the next time i see, it's 8 bites.
OMG!! it's damn itchy to the max!
It was the cruelty of a little black bug hiding on the theater-like sofa chairs.
IRRITATING. now in addition to my flabby arms, I have ugly insect bitten scars arm. SIGH =(

Finally got my pay! yay! save money save money! =)
this 2 months I'm financing my own money well.
I've been saving alot and i'm happy =)

AYG09! ending faster than i expected. wanted to watch some finals or what lor!
but no luck no luck, promise i'll watch it next year for youth olympic games!
I'm watching Iran and China for 3rd 4th placing in football! on live tv of course!
I really have to say that many athletes don't look like youths lor!

Today I felt damn lethargic during training. I don't know why.
Too lazy to run!!
but one thing i'm damn proud of! 10rounds for warm up without cutting court!
never liked the idea of cutting court while running because I'm trained not to do so. LOL
Paired with Tom for some goalkeeping skills
both of us throw until very tired. Low balls jitao catch no ball, literally! LOL
Next week will be better.
Anyway, something happened.
then again, imo guys are supposed to aid girls,
and not like run, dribble and all.
what for? also no satisfaction for successfully dribbling past a girl.
It's ok to do abit of these, but just not too much to put in tricks and all.

got back my Costing paper today. I was surprised.

Training today was ok!

Futsal Camp 09

Suddenly, 'Isham kinda changed his status from a bf to a camp chief(or whatever)
It was a new and weird feeling, we have not tried being in the same camp,
with him more superior and those sort.

In fact for the past 1 month, He had to spend lots of time planning, arranging, organising,
that he could hardly spare time for me.
neither can i be there when he's discussing because
as a camper, I'm not supposed to know what's going on.
The feeling sucks of course, but do I look like I have a choice? No I don't.
I am not complaining.

Maybe I was wrong trying so hard to volunteer myself
when in the first place, i'm not supposed to be involved.
Ha, any appreciate my effort? No...
Nobody thanked me for suggesting ideas, going shopping, bringing things home,
bringing my tub. Even though half of all these were voluntary.
I'm not asking for anything in return, but really, should I in the first place be involved?
I'm doing more than what a camper should do.

Overall, the camp was so-so
My group's Pikachu! my GLs are Jeannine and Mike
Mike is a very lame and entertaining/funny person
Jeannine damn nice! hahaha, cus she's the only girl partner in my group!
The whole camp was packed with too much activities
that sometimes it felt as though it was not within capability.
Too many things planned, Too little time, too little helpers.

Food sucks.
The garlic smell jitao can die,
jitao eat half or don't eat at all. every meal sure got fried food.

We played weird things like water volleyball, squid leg-tied captain's ball,
obstacle station, amazing race... these are some examples. many more that I can't rmb.
BUT! one game i can remember for sure is "butter hill"-supposedly.
But because they lacked materials, there was a change of plan
and they had to think of another game on the spot.
So the whole canvas was filled with Butter, Oil, Leftover food and I don't know what.
that whole smell was unbearable...
that the moment i stepped on the canvas, i almost vomit.
YUCKS! really the smell is like vomit and looks like vomit.
I was so disgusted that i could hardly participate
they all had to rollover the canvas, roll and roll
put more butter on body, roll sommore,
Dawei had to put the whole face on the canvas, YUCK PUI.
ok i tried to be very enthusiastic, I joined the massaging on the back part,
which sucks too because the smell was really near me.
In the end, we had to wash up straight after, can't return to loft.
Just use dish detergent and wash body.
The most unlucky part was having effing menses at that time,
So in short, my whole pad was drenched until we returned to loft before dinner.
shit head.

Performance was alright, nightwalk 1 girl walk with 1 guy.
I went with forester, we chatted all the way.
the ghost not say Very scary. But i was scared inside.
but continuos talking to forester keeps those fears away.
The ghost very easy to spot who=(
very limited man power, as said...
Anw, we were suppose to go to the toilet, and flush the last cubicle.
'Isham and azzrul were inside, I couldnt see you know.
they were at the last 2nd cubicle, suppose to flush the toilet after we flush,
den water overflow from the toilet bowl...
but dunnoe why azzrul stopped 'Isham... also good lah.
only after we went out, azzurl realised it's me. LOL
the rest not scary alr...

Today played very lame games, prize presentation and then break camp.

The whole camp was really bad for 'Isham and I because...
he really had no time for me.
not even 1 min of his time.
Ask him smth like want him to die also,
(needed coins to buy drinks).
Really, what am I in your eyes?
Babe, you must understand that just because you have work doesn't mean you don't care about your family(though i'm not and i dont have to be, it's just neglecting)
I felt so bad about myself... really. What am I to him?
Why is it that only when he needs me, I should be there?

The first night, they went to Al-ameen.
Why should I be there when I am supposed to know nothing?
So decided to sleep at the comfortable loft.

You know these 3 days, it was as good as not seeing you.

I was so pissed that really, I am not in the mood to do anything else.
I had to even put on a fake smile in grp photos.
Why is it affecting me to such extent?

Last night, he came, we talked in my room, I cried until I couldn't breathe...
He had to open all windows, off the aircon, fan me so I could get enough oxygen.
It felt so different, suddenly he became my bf again.
It was a funny feeling.
So funny that he actually doesn't feel like 'Isham anymore.
Or am I wrong?

We were either walking pass each other without exchanging contacts,
or not seeing each other at all,
Not even 1 message from him.

NVM enough of whining, camp is over
hurt is done, damage was crazy.

The whole camp to me, sucks except for the loft.
Should I quit futsal because SO many things are happening after I join?
TOO many things are happening that I always have the urge of quitting.
Esp now that 'Isham is the president.

THE EFFING VOMIT SMELL IS STILL THERE!!
i'm constantly reminded of the smell.
No fried rice from outside, until I forget this incident(which i really doubt)

On all occasions, the night before camp, I always get this feeling.
It sucks and especially we have to meet at 745 tomorrow.
I'll probably reach at 8 because i doubt I can wake up that early.
I'm tired and I don't really care whether I'm late or not cus I'm just a participant.

I hate camps because...
I miss home
I know I'm gonna knock out the moment i reach home
I have work the next day!!!

I specially dread this one even though it's organised by 'Isham because...
Not alot of people/ Low manpower
Some ppl are not very cooperative
I have this instinct something bad is gonna happen during the night walk

of cus i hope it's gonna be fun.

I suddenly thought of BC recently,
amazing.... it had been like 3 years or more than that.
we caught a movie together and that was it.
but the most foolish thing ever was the eye contact on many occasions,
or you call it the 'love at first sight'.
of course it didn't work out.
I went really crazy over him during that period of time.
i wrote his name on every piece of paper. HAHAHAAHAHA. childish!
mich should understand this!
time flies and we've totally lost contact! but it'd be great if i could bump into him,
say hi or smth someday in my life, but i doubt that's gonna happen!

Hi all again, Ytd was a blast though something happened before that.
went les's house ytd with 'Isham.
before that I had a haircut!
a puppy followed me!!! super cute!
It's a german shepherd puppy!
and the colour is so nice! I wish i could bring it home!
the best thing, i stopped twice to make sure it was following me.
it was actually following some uncle, until i crossed the road halfway,
it sort of like change target! omg, so cute!!!

ok, les house was a blast.
Karaoke system worked when it's not supposed to.
pool, duck rice, movie(which i didn't watch)
look how i just spend my holidays away like that.
This week i'm totally packed.
next week i'll be free.

Holidays, baby!

Common test officially ended for me yesterday at 3 to be exact.
Costing paper was shit, crap and whatever you can name.
So i won't talk bout it anymore. just hope for a pass.

After the paper, long story cut short
we went to WCP!! it was quite a cool experience for those going for the first time.
Leslie was damn nice to prepare lots of food for us!!!
he said he cooked them himself, i doubt so,
but since he's nice enough to bring the food, i think i should believe him!

at night we played this damn fun bonding game! shiok!
oh ya, the ball fell into the 'sea' and maggie tried to retrieve it.
but she fell instead, omg, bloody leg.

yeap, that's about all, we left about 11plus!

& today totally sucks!!

The ASSETS shirt for accountancy.
there are 2 designs, 1 of which the 'assets' jitao at the neh.
and there's like a slogan/caption whatever you call it,

WTH, i didn't buy it of course.
I think if i were to buy it, i don't even dare to wear it out!

Next, SP shirt craze in NP
everyday u see different people wearing SP shirt, it's kinda in trend.
and it's cheap! plus NP don't have their own shirt, so maybe it's a good I&E idea...

As mentioned today sucked because my common test is early in the morning
at 830AM!
and the venue is worse to mention, it's at LT22! and the table is so restricted
that i could hardly breathe(find space!)
I also missed 2 buses while walking from my house to the bus stop i usually take 154.
2 buses, can you beat that! don't know if it's just me walking too slow.

throughout the whole exam i was sniffing and feeling damn irritated because of my flu
and all the mucus like dropping cus i had to face down.
plus I didn't carry tissue at that time.
and finally when my nose exceed capacity, It was bad. some flowed out.
but that's towards end of test, i chiong to my bag after my test is collected.

Apparently, there are 2 parts to this particular question
and we had to copy down most of the stuff and make 1 change to it.
but towards the end of the test, i realised i misread the question
I liquid away THE WRONG ANS!!! i liquid part a away instead of part b
so i had to rewrite, and liquid and write the correct one.
It sucks because i'm only left with 10mins!

Lastly, I was totally confused by the CPF relief just before the test!
But chikheng and desmoon explain to me lots of time and i hope i got it right(:

At this unearthly hour~ I can't help to listen to this kind of soothing love songs.
I had to rush all the elearning assignments today!
Just to make sure I have enough time to finish other projects.

Today for my other 40% weightage, I had my oral conversation and presentation...
The oral conversation was SUPER scary,
my heart was beating ever fast like how I race against time all the time...
I was the 3rd person! Cristina/Chua Shi Lin = C so like no diff.
I went in, Maestro Esteban greeted me in spanish, and of cus by no choice I had to reply in spanish although it's not part of the assessment. I told him I was damn scared! so he went on and I think I lagged 3 seconds for 1 question that came out of expectation.
he asked "How many brothers do you have?" I hope I gave the correct answer...
My group presentation was on flamenco. I think it wasn't too bad.

Next mon we're going back for Mexican food and movie!
OH MAN! today my classmate made this spanish dessert, almond pie.
IT TASTED SO GOOOOOD! and the group consisted of ALL GUYS!

=) This week was crazy because we didn't meet for 2 days.
break record alr! LOL. but it felt totally fine.
So i'm quite glad I'm not a possesive girl anymore.

BUT BUT! of cus i wished he could. just that i dont mind if we don't meet that frequent.

This sem I think I'm too obsessed about studies that even Babe is complaining.
So hopefully it'll pay off...
Can't wait for commontest to be over, so i can enjoy more HOLIDAYS with Babe!

Time seemed to pass amazingly fast this emester.
I dont know if it's just me or do you feel the same?
Even lectures and tutorials passes damn fast.
Which i'm surprised. because like 3/4 of the time, i'm actually listening.
though i admit that i'm easily distracted at times...

Ytd had spanish again.
It was good.
one very funny/awkward situation that happened.
There's like one girl who dresses abit like a guy, but i know shes totally feminine
although she has really short hair...
so in spanish, when u mention about somebody,
it depends on whether it's a she or he.
for eg, El is used for masculine and Ella is refered to as feminine.
so my teacher was like.... what's his name in spanish
den i really dont know what to say.
because i know it'll be offending in one way or another.
LOL. anw, my teacher cut his hair la!
which means no curls, damn, the curls were my motivation every mon.
HAHAHA, i wont get to see my teacher with curls again though...
